The Keystone State Games, modeled after the Olympic Games, are annually held multi-sport competitions providing Pennsylvania's amateur athletes an opportunity to compete against athletes from throughout the Commonwealth in the Summer Games, Winter Sports Festival, and the Pennsylvania Senior Games.
