Q. What kind of artwork do you accept?
We accept EPS, CDR and WMF files. Bitmap files (like .jpg, .bmp, tiff, png and .gif may also be acceptable if the resolution at its final size is 300 dpi or larger. Low resolution bitmap files or artwork not submitted in digital form may require additional artwork charges. Please call us if you have any questions before ordering.

Q. Would I be able to add a logo to an award?
Yes, we can add a logo to almost any of our awards.

Q. How much text can I put on my award?
It depends on the item selected. Trophies usually have either 2 or 3 lines with between 20 - 40 letters per line. The exact amount will depend on the trophy selected. Medals can usually accommodate up to 3 lines with 10 - 13 letters per line.

Q. I don't see the type of award I want, can you help?

ABSOLUTELY. Decide what you want, what it should look like and contact us; either through email or by phone. If you are not quite sure of what you want. Call us and let us help.

Q. How fast can I get a trophy order done?

We have thousands of pieces in stock and can produce same day if needed.

Q. What types of materials do we normally engrave on?

Acrylic, brass, ceramic, wood, plastic, all types of metal including stainless steel, glass and some types of stone.

Q. Does all glass engrave?

No. We engrave using a laser and Pyrex being heat resistant glass does not work. Regular glass works better then high lead content crystal.

Q. Will I be charge sales tax?
Sales tax of 6% (current rate) is collected for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania only.

Q. Will my personal information be kept safe?
Yes, in addition to online security, Davis Trophies will never share any of your personal information with third parties unless required by law or in the actual process of your transaction (credit card and shipping processing.) We do not sell client information to anyone.

Q. Is it safe to order online from Davis Trophies?
Yes, your order is placed on a secure server using 128/256-bit encryption. Our security certificate assures that credit card numbers and other personal information cannot be accessed or viewed or altered by unauthorized parties.
